At Ellis Brooklyn, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fragrance experience. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return window for items in their original, gently used condition.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to start the process.

  Print Your Label

  Once your return is authorized, we will email you a prepaid shipping label to print and attach to your package.

  Pack Securely

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring they are well-protected to prevent damage during transit.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the designated carrier; your refund will be processed within 5-10 business days of receipt at our warehouse.
